Bus Attendance Check App Manual

Bus Attendance Check App is the easiest and most convenient bus boarding/passenger attendance check app for bus, school bus, academy bus, commuter bus, kindergarten bus, and so on.

This is a very easy app that allows you to manage people boarding various buses such as school buses, academy buses, and commuter buses, check boarding quickly and easily, and simply check boarding records.

The usage method is as follows: First, register the buses, then register the passengers on each registered bus, and simply record the boarding status with one click. These records remain in the app and can be checked by date, bus, and passenger.

And it supports following languages and it can be changed by setting in the App.

Here is the detailed steps.

As shown in the screenshot below, it consists of four menus.

* Bus Registration - You can register buses and register passengers who regularly board each bus.

* Attendance Check - When you select a registered bus, the list of registered passengers appears at once, and you can save the boarding or non-boarding status through checkbox selection.

* Attendance Report - Through inquiry of a specific date and bus, you can check the boarding or non-boarding status of passengers on the selected bus in a report.

* Person Report - You can easily check the boarding or non-boarding status of a specific individual during the selected period.

 
As shown in the screenshot below, click the "+ "button located at the top right to register a bus.

As shown in the diagram below, enter the master data for the bus. (Bus information (name), driver’s name, allowed capacity, and bus location can be entered)

After entering the information for the bus, click Save at the bottom left to save it.

You can check the list of saved buses as shown in the screenshot below.

After saving the bus, if you click on it again, you can register the passenger master for that bus as shown below.

Enter the passenger's information as shown in the diagram below. (Name, age, affiliation, phone number)

After entering the passenger information and saving it, the passengers will appear in a list for the selected bus as shown below.

In the same way, you can register passengers for a specific bus without restriction, as shown in the screenshot below.

After accessing the Attendance Check menu, when you load a registered bus, the list of already registered passengers appears as shown in the screenshot below. Users can easily select checkboxes and save the results using the save button located at the top right.

When you press the save button, a confirmation message like the following appears.

When you view the Attendance Report, you can easily see the status of passengers for the selected bus.

By using the Person Report, you can easily check the individual bus boarding history of each person.

Through the Setting menu located in the top right corner of the main menu, you can change the screen display to day/night mode, and select various screen colors and language options.
